Choose the Right Journey
Families may fly into San Diego and meet us at San Diego International Airport (SAN). We will bring your kitten to the airport for the handoff, and you can fly home with your kitten in an airline-approved carrier under the seat in front of you.
Airlines commonly charge a pet-travel fee and have their own carrier and booking requirements. Please confirm those details with your chosen airline before arranging your trip.
A flight nanny books a seat on a commercial flight, collects your kitten from us, and personally carries the kitten in the cabin as their carry-on. Your kitten travels in an airline-approved carrier under the seat, never in cargo, and is handed directly to the named family member at the destination airport.
This can be a practical option for families farther from Southern California who prefer an in-cabin escort for the journey.
For regional families, we can arrange professional ground transport through a USDA-approved transport agency. Your kitten travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with experienced pet handlers, and the transport team provides updates throughout the journey.
This can be a comfortable option for families within driving range who cannot travel to us in person.
Close to Home
Families near our cattery are welcome to pick up their kitten in person from our home in Jamul, California, once the kitten is ready to go home. This gives you time to ask final questions and receive go-home guidance for a smooth first day.
We operate a closed cattery to help protect young kittens while their immune systems are developing. Visits are scheduled after a kitten is reserved, which allows us to welcome committed families while limiting the risk of outside pathogens entering the cattery.
