Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the agreed kitten price and any travel fees. You agree to provide attentive, humane care, including appropriate food, water, a safe indoor environment, companionship, and veterinary care. Your kitten should not be allowed outdoors without supervision.
Prestigious Purr may contact you after placement to make sure your kitten is settling well and receiving proper care. If you cannot keep your kitten, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to help with a suitable new home.
Seller Commitments
Prestigious Purr provides a kitten that is healthy and social at the time of placement, already spayed or neutered, and accompanied by a record of age appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Your kitten goes home with a veterinary examination, health certificate, microchip, travel carrier, and written health warranty documents.
Veterinary Examination and Health
Please arrange a general veterinary examination with a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of bringing your kitten home. A written note from your veterinarian is required to validate the health warranty. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a health concern caused by the seller, the kitten may be returned for a full refund and Prestigious Purr will cover the return expense.
Placement and Transfer
If you are unable to bond with your kitten or decide the placement is not right within 30 days, you may return the kitten for a full refund. Any transfer to another person requires approval from Prestigious Purr. The kitten may not be sold, leased, traded, or given to a pet shop, research facility, animal shelter, or similar facility.
Travel Arrangements
Travel arrangements are confirmed after the kitten and delivery method are agreed. We will discuss the best pickup or delivery plan for your location before travel is booked.
